Calexico is a band from Tucson, Arizona that shares a sun-bleached border with many performers and musical styles. Originally comprised of two core members (Joey Burns and John Convertino), over time Calexico morphed into a sextet. With these permanent members in place, they've continued to exceed all expectations and push their music into lush, new areas.

We released a video clip a couple weeks ago that hinted at what Calexico had been cooking up for the past two years since Garden Ruin. The brief audio sample played throughout that clip was only a snippet of the expansive, sonically-blooming track that is “Two Silver Trees.”
